One side of my business teaches first aid. Self reliance and having the skills to look after each other have always been core to my beliefs and adventures.

When we find like minded organisations to work with it really enable us to make a difference. The Sandstone team have designed a series of short sharp life saving courses based on 3 critical skills and in partnership with Lloyd Lane Rover we are running a programme for their Defender customers.
