So often we choose to find the reasons as to why we can't do something or why something won't work - we seek to build barriers.

It was a privilege to work with a team from across the whole of Europe and Japan collaborating to remove barriers.

The process starts by focussing on Intelligence not information, enabling resilience in each other and choosing to be courageous.
