In this second video Tim talks about why the team take a tactical pause before proceeding into the more high risk elements of the mission.
Tim has just returned from his 4th mission to Ukraine delivering humanitarian supplies and first aid training.
The team drove from Scotland to Poltava which is 4 hours east of Kyiv in Ukraine. The risk has increased significantly over the past few weeks with Russian drone and missile attacks becoming more and more frequent across the country.
When you are leading a team of volunteers into a high risk or high-pressure environment, what goes through your mind and how do you keep the team motivated and safe?
