Rapport building is one of the most valuable and misunderstood business (and life) skills. The ability to create influence, win business and build teams all stems from rapport.

In order to master rapport building we must understand how to reveal a person’s motivations and beliefs. We need to learn not to ask questions or to speak for more than 20% of the time.

Participants in this workshop will develop an understanding of the importance of rapport, what creates it and how to build it. After this course their ability to influence customers and team members will be significantly enhanced.

As a human intelligence officer rapport must be built before anything else. Timothy has built rapport with agents across a wide geo-political spectrum of people. During this workshop he will share the key tools required to do this in any situation.
