Our current environment floods us with information. In order to be effective me must learn to filter background noise and focus on the intelligence.

Intelligence or information?

If all of the communciation we recieve on a daily basis is 100% of the information what percentage to we action? i.e. What percentage do we use to call someone, meet someone or physically act? Less than 10%?

Are you reacting to information or intelligence?

A desk top, team building exercise used to highlight the effects of information overload.

During this session participants will take part in a planning exercise to deliver vital medical supplies to a remote village. They will learn the critical skills of filtering out background information ‘noise’, concentrating on facts not perceptions and acting on the intelligence they have identified. They will shown the effects of overloading teams with information and the dangers of communicating imprecise information.
