In this video Tim talks about the importance of focussing on Intelligence not information and having a plan. Transitioning from management to leadership and back again.

Whilst it requires a visionary leadership style to conceive thus type of mission. It is a detailed plan and effective management that ensure its safe execution.

Tim has just returned from his 4th mission to Ukraine delivering humanitarian supplies and first aid training.

The team drove from Scotland to Poltava which is 4 hours east of Kyiv in Ukraine. The risk has increased significantly over the past few weeks with Russian drone and missile attacks becoming more and more frequent across the country.
